Pretty, French restaurant located in the Aria. We went for breakfast/lunch. It was during Christmas week, so it was busy but we made reservations luckily. Food 4/5: -Fruit: sweet, but we would ask for no whip cream next time. -steak tar tar: it was our first time eating this & it was different & tasted unique. It's like a cold steak small salad. Not sure if I'll order it next time. -Croissant/egg Benedict with hash browns: the croissant was crispy and I love the egg on top. Cooked to perfection. The hash browns were honestly the best hashbrowns I ever had! Don't skip out on that. -steak & eggs: yummy combination & solid entree :) Service 3/5: -Food took so long. We were at the restaurant for over 1 hour because our entrees took forever. They gave us free pastries for waiting so long, but the croissant was cold :( we would still come back but maybe when it's not a busy week (like Christmas)
Loved it! I had madame crepes and husband had omelette. Loved the saxophone player for ambiance!
The food at the Bardot Brasserie was incredibly delicious with so many great flavorful options to choose from. Not only is the food amazing but the customer service as well- from the hosts to the server and Chef Gio, everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this 10/10 restaurant for any special occasion!
Semi formal ambiance with moderate level of noise. A living music makes a new year eve's dinner more fun. The Beef Wellington is a must try course. It is good for 2 people. Double Cut Pork Chop is so so. Don't expect too much with the price.
Came here last minute for brunch on a Saturday and they did not disappoint. Without reservations, at around noon, we had to wait about 40 minutes for a table to be available and they already had a waitlist going. When we arrived back, we only waited for about a minute to get our seat ready. We were tended to immediately. Wait time for food, both appetizers and entrees, took a while, but the result in the end was delightfully tasty. Since we visited in December, we had a live saxophonist playing Christmas music in the background. He went on until close at 2 pm. Overall, I definitely recommend! A great place to eat with a satisfying ambiance.
BARDOT Brasserie is a must try if you're coming to Vegas. I enjoyed dinner here with friends for the first time and hands down, Chef Michael Mina really transports your tastebuds to the classic French flavors you've been yearning for. The menu features iconic French comfort food and an array of both New World and Old World Wines and service that is top tier. The ambiance is dimly lit, dark tones and sometimes felt a little loud with all the noise but it was manageable. We started out with the fresh warm bread and salted butter, escargot, oysters and deviled eggs with caviar. All of the petites plates listed above were out of this world. The escargot was delicious as it was drenched in absinthe butter and garlic flakes on top. For starters, we decided to try the steak tartare and it was beyond delicious. Highly recommend you give this a try. For the salads, we went with the crab and endive salad which was an excellent choice. It all tasted extremely fresh. The entrées we decided on were the roasted chicken which was delicious but the flavors didn't wow any of us. However, the mushroom bread pudding that came along with it was something I had never had before and really enjoyed it. The double cut pork chop was cooked to perfection and the flavors were divine. The grilled rack of lambs in the tomato-red pepper jus was unlike any other rack of lambs I've had before. The 8oz. filet was excellent with bold flavors and cooked just right. Lastly, the mac and cheese, otherwise known as Macaroni Gratinée is something I'm still drooling about days later. Don't even second guess it, order it. I promise you won't be disappointed. Overall, my experience at Bardot was excellent. I can't wait to go back and explore the menu some more.
Came for a Saturday morning brunch. Portions are large and flavorful! We all ordered something different and no one had anything bad to say about their meals. I particularly loved my crispy potatoes. We left stuffed. The interior is cute and spacious. Service was attentive.
Brunch was definitely needed after a night out as two typical 20-something-year-olds in Vegas. Beforehand, my companion and I looked on social media for a spot to grab a hearty and unique meal. We're glad we chose Bardot because it helped wake us up and fill us up! I made reservations for the early afternoon on a Sunday, which was perfect. The interior transported us to a different city; it was classy and upscale, with a more 20th-century vibe. The restaurant was much bigger than we expected, with room for both inside and outside seating. Service by all was stellar. The front desk stored our bags and brought them out when we finished. Our waitress was great! She was friendly and made substitutions based on our requests, which we appreciated. She also was kind enough to check in with us throughout our meal. I'm a caviar girl, and my companion knows it. So, we started our meal off with the Caviar Deviled Eggs. The egg was tangy, and the dish was light. From there, it came entrees! I won't lie; I wanted to try their hashbrowns, so I ordered the Croissant Benedicts with Smoked Salmon, which blew me away! The croissant was soft and flaky, the smoked salmon was loaded, and the eggs were poached beautifully. I don't care for typical Eggs Benedict, but these were heavenly. The Crispy Herbed Hash Browns were crispy on the outside, packed on the inside, and very well seasoned. My companion had the Quiche and asked them to sub the salad with the hash browns. When he got his order, they gave him the salad, but the waitress kindly added hashbrowns. His quiche was fluffy and delicious. We also received a complimentary dessert which was sweet and tasty. Portions were very generous, and we couldn't finish everything. We left in a food coma. It felt lovely for the two of us to be transported out of Vegas and instead to a different atmosphere. We were left satisfied by not only the food but also the service! We made reservations online. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Aria. I'd highly recommend coming here for brunch!
